Aw, thanks. I know what you mean about the loneliness, but I like to think they'd be even lonelier without what they already have. Which is not to say that I don't love reading about them having more :) Writing on the other hand - I've actually got a slash story in the works, parts of which I'm quite satisfied with and parts of which are cringe-worthy. So it might be awhile before it escapes my hard drive...
