I enjoyed reading this so much. The story unfurled at such a smooth and gentle pace that it seemed quite plausible (I enjoy sturm and drang, but not all the time ;-). Loved House trying to solve the puzzle, the ducklings showing some delightful backbone, and finally the reconcialiation in which things were said that *had* to be said. We need to send you to Hollywood, stat.
